Wirebump License

Version 1.0 | Effective January 2025

This is a legal agreement between you and Wirebump LLC. By downloading or using Wirebump, you accept these terms.

What You Can Do

• Use Wirebump for any lawful and ethical purpose, personal or commercial
• Install it on any systems you control
• Have someone else install it for you (consultants, IT staff, etc.)

What You Cannot Do

• Sell Wirebump or charge others for access to it
• Redistribute modified versions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

No Warranty

Wirebump is provided “as-is” with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. It may have bugs. It may break things. Use at your own risk.

No Liability

Wirebump LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this software, under any legal theory, for any reason. This includes but is not limited to: network outages, data loss, security breaches, service interruptions, or any other harm. You assume all risk.

Disputes

Any dispute arising from this license or your use of Wirebump will be resolved by binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming, under Wyoming law. The prevailing party is entitled to reasonable attorney fees from the other party.

Future Versions

This license applies to the current version of Wirebump. Future versions may have different terms, including paid features or usage limitations.

Privacy

Wirebump software collects no telemetry, analytics, or usage data. It makes no network connections except to your configured VPN providers. See the Privacy Policy for details about the software and this website.
